You apply to the CQC to become a Registered Manager, and they assess your fitness for the role. You can start on the CQC's register as a new manager page. We help you prepare a strong application and get ready for your fit person interview.

This service is aimed at new and recently appointed Registered Managers. If you are established and just need support with your service, our ongoing compliance support is the better fit.
We work with a range of health and care services, from care homes, home care and supported living to independent doctors, private clinics and mental health services.
Ad-hoc support is costed for the specific work involved, and the structured programme is a monthly arrangement. We will always confirm costs upfront before you commit.
