Need urgent CQC support? Click here

Setting up a new service and registering with the CQC is a big undertaking. We help new and prospective providers get set up, registered and ready to deliver safe, compliant care.

You can work with us in whichever way suits you:

Ad-hoc support

Support as and when you need it. Dip in for help with a specific part of the process, whether that is your registration application, your Statement of Purpose, your policies, or a particular system. You choose what you need and when.

A structured programme

A guided programme that takes you through the whole journey, from setting up your service and preparing your CQC registration to launching and being ready for your first inspection. Everything in a logical order, at a manageable pace.

Not sure which is right for you? Talk to us and we will help you find the best fit.

Whether you take the full programme or dip in for specific support, this is the ground we can cover with you.

Frequently asked questions

No. You can take the structured programme if you want end-to-end guidance, or use ad-hoc support for just the parts you need, such as your registration application or your policies. We will help you decide what works best.

Ideally three to six months before you plan to submit your CQC registration, so there is time to prepare your Statement of Purpose, policies and systems properly, without rushing.

We can guide you on what the CQC expects in terms of premises suitability, but we are not architects or surveyors. We will point you to the right requirements and considerations.

You will have the systems and documents to run independently. Many providers then move on to a mock inspection or ongoing support as they approach their first inspection.

We work with a range of health and care services, from care homes, home care and supported living to independent doctors, private clinics and mental health services.

This service is designed for new and prospective providers. If you are already registered and looking for support, our ongoing compliance support is the better fit.

Ad-hoc support is costed for the specific work involved, and the structured programme is a monthly arrangement. We will always confirm costs upfront before you commit.
