Sessions can be held remotely over Microsoft Teams, by phone, or in person, depending on the situation. We agree the focus and how often we meet with you.
Our new manager support is a structured programme for your first year as a Registered Manager. Coaching and mentoring is more flexible and open to anyone at any stage, focused on developing you rather than following a set path.
Yes. If you want broader, day-to-day support for your service rather than personal coaching, our ongoing compliance support is the better fit.
We work with a range of health and care services, from care homes, home care and supported living to independent doctors, private clinics and mental health services.
Coaching and mentoring is costed by session or as an ongoing arrangement, depending on how you want to work. We will always confirm costs upfront before you commit.
