Orobo Healthcare was founded because we saw a gap between what care providers need and what traditional consultancy delivers. Too many providers were struggling with compliance, not because they did not care about quality, but because they did not have access to the right tools and the right expertise at the right time.
We have managed care homes, led teams through CQC inspections, and built compliance systems from scratch. He specialises in strategic problem-solving, digital transformation, and systems development. At Orobo Healthcare, Jamie leads on service innovation, technology, and client engagement, ensuring providers benefit from efficient, scalable tools that support long-term compliance.
Reece has worked on the front lines of health and social care for over a decade, with deep experience in care delivery, service management, and regulatory compliance. Most recently serving in senior quality compliance roles for a large provider, Reece understands exactly what the CQC looks for and what good care looks like in practice. He leads all client-facing compliance support at Orobo Healthcare.
