Reece has worked on the front lines of health and social care for over 15 years, with deep experience in care delivery, service management, and regulatory compliance. Most recently serving in senior quality compliance roles for a large provider, Reece understands exactly what the CQC looks for and what good care looks like in practice. He leads all client-facing compliance support at Orobo Healthcare.
We started Orobo Healthcare because too many providers were struggling with compliance, not from a lack of care, but a lack of the right support at the right time. Having held registrations and led services through inspection, I know what good looks like and how to help you get there.

Jamie brings over 15 years of leadership experience across business, technology, and compliance-driven sectors. He specialises in strategic problem-solving, digital transformation, and systems development. At Orobo Healthcare, Jamie leads on service innovation, technology, and client engagement, ensuring providers benefit from efficient, scalable tools that support long-term compliance.
